What we know about you (very little, on purpose)
Your invoice never reaches us
The refund scan runs entirely in your browser. Your carrier invoice and tracking files are read by your own device and are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored by us. We designed it this way deliberately: we cannot leak what we never receive.
What we do collect
If you choose to unlock the full report, we collect your email address and the summary totals of your scan (shipment count, amount billed, amount recoverable, number of findings). That is the complete list. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security.
How we use it
We email you your results and follow up about our claim-filing service. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email and you will never hear from us again — opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently. We never sell or share your information for marketing.
Service providers
We use Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (payments, for paying customers only). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your rights
Clawback is operated by Tarkin Professional Services Limited, a British Columbia, Canada company. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time: divhit@gmail.com.
